For some, the first meal of the day is the most stressful.

Nicole Hunn has been helping home cooks eat well and on the cheap since 2009. Now, she's doing something different.

A series of short and sweet niche cookbooks. In this book of 20 delicious recipes, Nicole shares her favorites for a gluten-free breakfast and brunch.

Why Breakfast and Brunch?

Because this meal is on EVERYBODY's radar! When you're getting your kids ready to go to school in the morning, or getting prepared to go into work, the last thing you want to think about is what to make for breakfast. These recipes help you plan ahead.

20 High Quality Recipes

This isn't another huge cookbook you're going to leave on the shelf and never use. It's not going to take a ton of room in your pantry. It's short, sweet, and to the point. I've hand-picked my favorites, just for this book.

What format does the boook come in?

The book is fulfilled by Amazon.com, where you can order a paperback book, or an ebook version.

Are the recipes also dairy free? Egg free?

Like all of my recipes, unless they state otherwise in the title, each of these recipes is only expressly gluten free. However, I always provide as much information as possible for replacing other allergens in case anyone needs it. This collection is no exception!

I've included lots of Ingredient Notes at the beginning of the book that should help you tackle other allergens that you may need to avoid. Each recipe also has specific guidance in the opening paragraph, where appropriate. I've got your back!
